If you subscribe to the HD programming packages you will only get a high definition broadcast on any of your HD receivers that are connected to HD TVs.
If you have additional SD receivers, they will only provide a standard, digital broadcast. If you’d like to experience HD programming on your additional receivers, you will need to upgrade to a HD receiver and ensure they are connected to HD TVs.
