If the Netgear 4G MVBR1210C Turbo Hub becomes unresponsive or doesn't perform as expected, you can reset it to the factory default state. Your Turbo Hub settings, such as your Wi-Fi password, will also be reset.

Make sure the Turbo Hub is powered on. Using a pen or paperclip, press and hold the Reset button for six seconds (until the test light blinks).
