- Are you able to make calls?

- Are your network services enabled?
Your device will display 1X, EV 3G or a Wi-Fi symbol at the top of the screen if network services are enabled.
If not, go to the Start menu, select Settings, Connections. Select the Connections tab and then Comm Manager. Set Voice and Data services to on.
- Does your smartphone try to connect to #777 when launching the browser?
From the Start menu, select Settings, the Connections tab, Connections, Manage Connections and delete all other connections.
After deleting, remove the battery and reinsert it after 10 seconds to restore the original connection.
- Are dialing rules enabled?
From the Start menu, select Settings, the Connections tab, Connections, the Advanced tab and then Dialing Rules. Uncheck the Dialing Rules option.
- Do a hard reset to wipe your smartphone. Please back up your device first.

Before performing a hard reset, ensure you have installed Microsoft ActiveSync (Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Centre 6.1 (Windows 7 and Vista) and that it can connect to your smartphone.
