I cannot access certain Web pages from my browser
- Check your browser preferences
Press the HOME key and touch Web, Blazer, Options, Preferences and then the General tab.
Make sure that your browser is set to Normal mode and that both JavaScript and Cookies are unchecked. - Clear your browser cookies and cache
To confirm, press the HOME key and touch Web, Blazer, Options, Preferences and then the Advanced tab. Select the option to clear browser cookies and cache.
If you are still having problems, the page you are viewing may contain content that is not supported by the mobile Internet service.

I cannot access any Web pages after launching the browser
- Is your phone turned on and online?
To confirm, make sure Phone Off is not displayed at the top. Press the POWER/END button to switch to or from Offline mode. - Are you able to make calls?
Learn what to do if you can’t make or receive calls on your smartphone. - Have you changed the network username?
To confirm, press the HOME key and touch Prefs, Network, Username and then Modify. Make sure that your mobile number@service.1xbell.ca is listed as the username.
