To detect a GPS signal, move to a location where you have a clear view of the sky, away from large buildings or dense tree coverage. You can also try to relocating or repositioning the device. - Are your data services enabled?
To confirm, try surfing Web pages, sending email or instant messaging. Learn what to do if your smartphone isn’t getting any voice or data signal. Select your smartphone:

Samsung - Are you subscribed to GPS Navigator as part of your plan or as an added feature?
To confirm, log in to My Bell to review your plan details and see what features are included. If you cannot locate GPS Navigator, contact us. - Is your battery charged?
To confirm, look at the battery indicator to see if it is above 15%. If not, connect the charger and try again. - Remove the battery and reinsert it after 10 seconds.
If the issue returns, start over beginning with step 2. - Restart GPS Navigator and try connecting again when you have a clear view of the sky.
