If you get email messages from the address “network@etp”, then the BlackBerry Desktop Manager on your computer is unsuccessfully attempting to send email to your BlackBerry smartphone.
If you work in a company and want to receive your work email, please contact your IT or computer support department for assistance.
If you did not intend to receive your work email on your BlackBerry smartphone, follow these steps to resolve this problem.
- On your computer, open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and select Email Settings
- Uncheck the setting “Forward incoming messages to my device” and then click Apply
