You can use a Bell Calling Card on any Bell mobile phone or any other mobile phone that allows you to dial 1 800 555-1111. Within Bell's territory you can also dial 0+ area code + telephone number. Once you reach the automated billing system, enter your Bell Calling Card number and follow the instructions.
