- 1. Scroll to and select All.
- 2. Scroll to and select Options.
- 3. Scroll to and select Device.
- 4. Scroll to and select BlackBerry ID.
- 5. Scroll to and select Screen Name.
- 6. Delete the existing username.
- 7. Enter the required username.
- 8. Press the Menu key.
- 9. Scroll to and select Save.
- 10. Enter your BlackBerry ID password.
- 11. Select OK.
- 12. Your BlackBerry ID username has been reset. Select OK.
