What self serve tasks can I do through my mobile phone or smartphone
Self Serve for postpaid subscribers (monthly plans)
You can do a number of self serve tasks on the Internet on your mobile phone or smartphone.
As a postpaid subscriber with a monthly plan, you can:
- View your account balance and bill date
- Update your Fab Five or Fab Ten contact list
- Monitor and manage your voice, data, events and text messaging usage (current up to approximately the last 24 hours)
- Reset your voicemail password
- Check recent payment information
- Make a one-time credit card payment
- Add or get information on features
- View your rate plan, features and promotions (current as of approximately 3 business days before)
- Check out the latest products and services in the What's New section
- View FAQs
Any changes you make to your account will take effect immediately.
To access Self Serve on your mobile phone or smartphone, visit our mobile website (bell.mobi) using your phone's web browser, or download the Bell Self serve app.
You can use the Bell Self serve mobile site and app without data charges when you're on the Bell network in Canada. (Data charges apply when navigating the Web outside of Bell Self Serve and for downloading the app.)

How to access the Self Serve mobile site
You can access the Self Serve mobile site without data charges when you're on the Bell network in Canada. (Data charges apply when navigating the Web outside of Bell Self Serve.)
- Launch the web browser on your mobile phone or smartphone.
- Navigate to bell.mobi.
- Select Menu, then select Self serve. From here, you can navigate to three sections:
- My Account: view account balance, make a payment, view unbilled usage, add features and more.
- What's New: check out the latest products and services.
- FAQs: view answers to frequently asked questions.

How to get the Bell Self serve app.
Download the Bell Self serve app for your Apple, Android, and Windows Phone 7 smartphone. On BlackBerry and Palm phones, the app is already installed. You can use the app on the Bell network in Canada (or on Wi-Fi on Android devices only) without paying data charges. Data charges apply to download the app.
