Once you are registered for e-bill:

  • You can download your bills right away, from any location.
  • You can download up to 12 months of past bills for any of your Bell services.
  • There is no charge for this service.

You also can call us at 310-BELL (2355) to ask us to mail duplicate paper bills to you. Please note:

  • Your bills will be mailed within 10 business days.
  • You can request up to 12 months of past bills for any of your Bell services.
  • There is a $5 charge for each bill requested.
  • Paper bills will be mailed to your billing address.
NOTE: Only the account holder or an authorized account user can request a bill reprint. If you hold a power of attorney for the account holder, please contact Customer Service.
