If you subscribe to a monthly plan, the easiest way to check the unbilled usage of your mobile device is to log in to My Bell. You’ll be able to see all your usage from the last bill date until the past 24 to 48 hours.
- Log in to My Bell.
- Click on My services at the top of the page. If you have more than one Mobility service, select the device you’d like to check.
- Click on the My usage tab.
- You can view the unbilled usage summary or detailed usage by selecting the desired billing period from the drop-down menu.
You can also view your unbilled usage right on your mobile device:
- Navigate to bell.mobi using the web browser on your mobile device.
- Select Self Serve.
- Select Unbilled usage.
