Learn how to check airtime, data and text messaging usage for your Bell Mobility device on a monthly plan.

Contact us

If you subscribe to a monthly plan, you can check your mobile usage easily in MyBell. You'll be able to see all your usage from the last bill date until the past 24 to 48 hours.

  1. Log in to MyBell.
  2. Click on My services at the top of the page. If you have more than one Mobility service, select the device you’d like to check.
  3. Click on the My usage tab. From there, you can view summaries and details for current and past usage. Learn more.

You can also view your unbilled usage right on your mobile device:

  1. Navigate to using the web browser on your mobile device.
  2. Select Menu, then select Self serve.
  3. Select Unbilled usage.
