The first time you send a picture or video message, you'll be asked to enter a password so that your account can be created. If you receive a picture or video message before you send your first one, a password may be automatically generated for your account. If you're not asked to create a password, but asked to enter a one, then this is likely what has happened.
To find out your password:
- Visit mypictures.bell.ca
- Click on “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your 10-digit phone number (without dashes, spaces or periods)
A new password will be sent to your mobile phone or smartphone in a free text message.
If you experience problems after trying to enter your password a number of times, your picture and video messaging account may be locked. As a security measure, accounts may be locked if there are more than 10 invalid login attempts. To unlock your account, contact customer service.
