Effective June 29, 2010, if you have insufficient funds on your monthly charge date, your rate plan and/or feature will not be available on your account
Your service will not be disrupted, but you will be charged pay-per-use rates for any voice and text usage:

To restart your rate plan and/or feature, simply top up your account enough to cover the monthly charge. The charge will be prorated to your next monthly charge date.
To top up your account automatically, sign up for our Allowance Program and never worry about running out of funds. Unused funds carry over to the next month provided your payments are on time. As a bonus, we’ll add 15% extra airtime every month.
Exception:
Features that include data, such as Mobile BrowserTM and fun bundles, will be charged to your account on your monthly charge date regardless of your account balance. Your entire service will be temporarily suspended until you top up
