There are 3 ways to subscribe to Caller Ring Tunes:
Through our voice response system:
- Dial #TUNE (8863) and follow the voice prompts.
From your Mobile Browser:
- From the Caller Ring Tunes home screen, either click on a song to purchase or click "subscribe to CRT service".
- Click "yes" to accept the notice of charge and to confirm subscription.
On the web:
- Go to www.callerringtunes.ca
- Click on "order online" or "subscribe today".
- Click on "register now" on the left side of the screen.
- Fill in your mobile phone number and select your language preference.
How to record and add a Do-It-Yourself Caller Ring Tune:
- Dial #TUNE (8863) to access the Caller Ring Tunes menu.
- Listen for the Do-It-Yourself menu prompt and select.
- Follow the voice prompts to record and add your personalized Caller Ring Tune.
Service available where technology permits. Service/offer includes one free Caller Ring Tune; $2 per additional Caller Ring Tune thereafter unless otherwise stated. Offer dependent on activation date. Offer/price subject to change without notice. * Excluding Family Share and based on current rate plan line up as of January 9th, 2006. Tunes expire every 365 days. Analog customers must dial #TUNE (8863) to purchase service. Caller Ring Tunes service may be suspended if no tunes have been purchased within 365 days from last tune purchase date. Please contact Customer Service to add service back to account. Monthly fee for a la carte purchases will not be charged during suspension.
