The easiest way to check your prepaid phone account balance is to log in to My Bell on your computer.
- Log in to My Bell.
- Select My services at the top of the page. If you have more than one Mobility service, select the phone you’d like to check.
- The account balance is available under My prepaid account.
You can also use the following self serve options to check your prepaid account balance:
- Launch the web browser on your mobile phone. From the footer of the homepage, select Self Serve and choose Real time balance. (Data or Mobile Browser charges may apply.)
- Send a text message to 82273 (TCARE). You’ll receive a text back with a menu of self serve options. Reply to this text with the letter A.
- Call #321 free from your mobile phone.
