How to check my prepaid phone’s account balance

The easiest way to check your prepaid phone account balance is to log in to My Bell on your computer.

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. Select My services at the top of the page. If you have more than one Mobility service, select the phone you’d like to check.
  3. The account balance is available under My prepaid account.

You can also use the following self serve options to check your prepaid account balance:

  • Launch the web browser on your mobile phone. From the footer of the homepage, select Self Serve and choose Real time balance. (Data or Mobile Browser charges may apply.)
  • Send a text message to 82273 (TCARE). You’ll receive a text back with a menu of self serve options. Reply to this text with the letter A.
  • Call #321 free from your mobile phone.
