On your computer, you can check your prepaid phone account balance in MyBell:
- Log in to MyBell.
- Select My services at the top of the page. If you have more than one Mobility service, select the phone you’d like to check.
- The account balance is available under My prepaid account.
On your smartphone, you can check your balance using the MyBell app
- Log in to the MyBell app.
- Select your Bell Mobility prepaid phone.
- Select the My balance tab.
You can also use the following self serve options to check your prepaid account balance:
- Launch the web browser on your mobile phone. From the footer of the homepage, select Self Serve and choose Real time balance. (Data or Mobile Browser charges may apply.)
- Call #321 free from your mobile phone.
