Bell offers different upgrade options depending on how many months have passed since your last upgrade or activation.
To check your eligibility status:
- Log in to MyBell.
- If you have multiple services linked to your profile, click View details for the mobile service you want to check.
- Click on Check upgrade eligibility.

If you know you're eligible, visit a Bell store to choose your new mobile phone or smartphone.
