Bell offers different upgrade options depending on how many months have passed since your last upgrade or activation.
To upgrade your phone:
- Log in to MyBell to check your upgrade eligibility.
- If you have multiple services linked to your profile, select the mobile service you want to upgrade.
- Browse the phones presented and select the one you like. Simply follow the onscreen steps to complete your order.
Please allow 48 hours for standard delivery of any shipped items.
When you receive your new phone, you can activate it by logging in to www.bell.ca/activatephone.
