Bell offers different upgrade options depending on how many months have passed since your last upgrade or activation.
To check your eligibility status:
- Log in to MyBell.
- If you have multiple services linked to your profile, click View details for the mobile service you want to check.
- Click on Upgrade my device.
- Your eligibility status will be displayed in real time
Once you know your status, you can upgrade to a new phone or smartphone immediately on MyBell. It will be delivered to you for free within 48 hours.
When you receive your new phone, you can easily activate it on MyBell or at a Bell store.
