Bell offers different upgrade options depending on how many months have passed since your last upgrade or activation.
To check your eligibility status:
- Log in to MyBell.
- If you have multiple services linked to your profile, click View details for the mobile service you want to check.
- Click on Upgrade my device.
- Your eligibility status will be displayed in real time
Once you know your status, you can upgrade to a new phone or smartphone immediately on MyBell. It will be delivered to you for free within 5 to 7 days.
