How do I know if I'm eligible to upgrade my mobile phone or smartphone?

Bell offers different upgrade options depending on how many months have passed since your last upgrade or activation.

To check your eligibility status:

  1. Log in to MyBell.
  2. If you have multiple services linked to your profile, click View details for the mobile service you want to check.

  3. Click on Check upgrade eligibility.

You can also find your eligibility status by chatting with us on our contact us page.

If you know you're eligible, visit a Bell store to choose your new mobile phone or smartphone.
