Can I upgrade my phone when I’m on a Prepaid plan?

You can upgrade your Prepaid phone at any time. The pricing offered to Prepaid customers is shown in our mobile phone section. Browse mobile phones

To upgrade your phone, please visit a Bell Mobility authorized dealer.

When you upgrade, the minutes accumulated in your Prepaid account will be available with your new phone.

Note: Some services, including 10-4 (walkie-talkie) and Aircard are not available when you're on a Prepaid plan.

You can also change your Prepaid account to a monthly plan at no cost and be eligible for a rebate of up to $75 if you sign a new contract. See our rate plans
