My phone has been stolen while travelling

If your phone or SIM card is lost or stolen while you’re travelling, you should report it immediately to Bell Mobility customer service to avoid fraudulent charges.

Our representatives can add your lost or stolen device to the national list for lost or stolen mobile devices so that it cannot be used on Bell’s network, nor on the network of any other service provider in Canada. Learn more

  • From a landline phone in 21 countries: +800 328-2123-3

Note: the "+" represents the international dialling code. To get the "+" symbol on your mobile phone, hold the "0" key for a few seconds until "+" appears on the display.
