How do I improve the strength of my network connection?
Generally, you should have a reliable, high-speed wireless connection on the Bell network. If your connection seems slow or disconnects without warning, you may be in an area without coverage. Even if your mobile phone or other device has coverage, performance may vary between devices and manufacturers.
- Check our coverage maps to ensure you are in an area with coverage.
- Try using a USB extension cable to place the Turbo Stick in an area with better coverage, if possible.
- If your Turbo Stick supports an external antenna, you can use an antenna to try to boost the signal.

I have trouble sending email
Make sure your Turbo Stick is set up to use mail.1xbell.ca for the outgoing (SMTP) mail server. This is the Bell Mobility default SMTP server. If you need help changing this setting, visit our device support section and choose your Turbo Stick model to see the user guide.
If that doesn't solve the problem, please contact us for technical support.
