I don’t know which password to use for Family Protection

To access Family Protection, use the Administrator username and password you created when you installed McAfee® Security from Bell Better or Best editions.

If you forget your password, use the Forgot your password? link on the Family Protection login page. Your password will be sent to the email address you provided when you installed the software.

Family members using the computer with Family Protection do not require passwords. However, if you have set up Windows user accounts for each person, then users must log in to their Windows user account to use the computer.
