How to cancel my Bell Internet service

We're sorry that you want to cancel. To speak to billing representative about your Internet service, please contact us at 1 877 977-5757, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET).

Please have the following information ready for verification purposes:

  • User ID (b1)
  • Full mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Account number

Please note that Bell requires 30 days notice to cancel Internet service. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the terms in your contract.

After your service is cancelled, you'll receive a modem return kit by mail. The kit will include a pre-paid shipping label for free returns by Canada Post. (Do not return your modem to a Bell store.)
