You may need to change your email program's server settings to IMAP for the Sent folder to sync properly.
Before you start, remove your current email profile.
Important for Mac Mail:
If you're using Mac Mail, please disable your profile instead of removing it. By doing so, you’ll be able to keep the emails currently saved on your computer.
Add a new profile using the following settings:
Incoming mail server (IMAP):
IMAP server: imap.bell.net
SSL required: Yes (Select This server requires a secure connection (SSL) or Use SSL.)
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
SMTP server: smtphm.sympatico.ca
Port: 25 (or 587 if port 25 does not work)
Authentication required: Yes
TLS/SSL required: Yes (Select STARTTLS or TLS if available, if not, select SSL.)
