Are you connected to the Internet using your Bell Internet service?
You cannot transfer files if you are using another ISP.
Are your Bell Internet username and password correct?
Do the files exceed 5 MB?
Your Personal Webspace offers a maximum of 5 MB of storage.
Are there spaces in the file names?
Rename your files without any spaces.
