If you need more storage space or receive more traffic, you can consider our small business web hosting services.

Locating your webspace
Your Personal Webspace is located on a Bell server. The URL (Internet address) is based on the prefix of your Bell Internet email address. For example:
Email address: pat@sympatico.caWebspace address: www3.sympatico.ca/pat
Email address: pat@bell.net
Webspace address: www3.bell.net/pat
Although Bell Internet service lets you create multiple email addresses, Personal Webspace is provided only for the main (or first) email address on your account.

Creating your web page
Use your own web design/creation software or HTML editor to create your personal web page.
You may be able to download such software from the Sympatico download centre .
PC Care subscribers can get help from our experts with using web editors and other software.
Once you’ve created your web page, save it on your computer with the file name index.htm. This will be your website home page.
Ensure any photos you have included in your web page are in .gif, .jpg or .png format.
Use your web browser to check that your web page looks the way you want it to:
- Open your web browser.
- From the File menu, choose Open and select the index.htm file you created.
Check that pictures are appearing correctly and that links work properly. If possible, look at your web page in more than one web browser.
