I can’t connect to the Internet using my router

  1. Turn off or unplug your Bell Internet High Speed modem.
  2. Turn off or unplug your router.
  3. Wait 30 seconds.
  4. Turn your modem and router back on and wait until all the lights are lit again.
  5. Try surfing the Internet.
