Confirm that your modem is working properly

If your modem is working properly, the following lights should be green:

  •   Power
  •   DSL
  •   Either Ethernet or USB, depending on which you connected

If these lights are not green:

  1.    Turn the modem off. If you have a router connected, turn it off as well.
  2.    Wait 30 seconds.
  3.    If you have a router, turn it back on. Once the router has fully restarted, turn the modem on.

If you continue to experience problems, please contact us for further assistance.
