To report a Home phone service issue, please call 6-1-1 from any Bell Home phone or *6-1-1 from any Bell mobile phone.
If you don't have access to a Bell phone line, you can also call 310-BELL from any phone (area code not required).

If you don't have access to a phone, try one of the following alternatives:
- Log in to My Bell to report your problem online. After you log in, click on the Home phone icon in the top-right corner. Then, click on the Report a problem link in the bottom-right corner.
- Visit the Contact us page and chat with a Home phone specialist, who will create a trouble ticket and help to resolve your problem.
