How to change my profile’s default phone number to the one I want to report a problem with

When reporting a problem with your Home phone online, you can choose a phone number from the drop-down list in the Your Account Profile box.

If the number you’re having a problem with does not appear in this list, click My Bell page in the My Bell box on the top right of the page. Click Link a new account. You'll need to associate this phone number with your username and password, or log out and create a new profile for this account.

Once you've registered this number, it will appear in the drop-down list. If you still don't see the number in the list, it may be that we can't retrieve the account information for this number. In this case, call 6-1-1 to report your problem.
