What is it?
The network connection fee is a charge of $2.95 that is applied to long distance calls made by customers who do not subscribe to a residential long distance plan.
How does it work?
This fee is applied to the first long distance call made within each billing period in addition to the per-minute long distance rate. Subsequent long distance calls made within the same billing period will not be subject to additional connection fees.
