How to use Digital Voice Do Not Disturb

When you don’t want to be interrupted by a ringing phone, set your phone to Do Not Disturb and all your calls will go directly to voicemail.

To activate Do Not Disturb immediately for a set period of time:

  1. Log in to your Digital Voice account . Click the Customize Features link and then click the Do Not Disturb link.
  2. Select the On radio button.
  3. Select the Activate now until check box. The time fields will become active.
  4. Specify the time until which you want the feature to remain active.
    • Incoming calls that occur during this active time will be sent directly to your voicemail.
    • The Do Not Disturb feature will automatically turn itself off at the time you have selected.
  5. Click the Save button.

To schedule Do Not Disturb on a recurring basis

  1. Log in to your Bell Digital Voice account Click the Customize Features link and then click the Do Not Disturb link.
  2. Select the On radio button.
  3. Select which days and time periods you wish to have the Do Not Disturb feature active by filling in the appropriate Schedule Do Not Disturb information.
    • You can add more Do Not Disturb rules by clicking the Add button.
    • Incoming calls that occur during these specified time intervals will be sent directly to your voicemail.
    • Once created, your rules can be turned on and off by using the checkboxes to the left of each rule. Turning rules on and off will not cause you to lose your scheduling.
  4. Click the Save button.
