My Bell lets you manage your bills and personalize your services online. To see your account balance on bell.ca,
- Log in to My Bell with your username and password.
- Under My bills, click on your account number. Note: Bell Home phone bills are part of the One Bill format.
- Under Your Bill - Summary of Account Charges, you’ll see your current balance itemized. Click on Telephone for more detail about your Bell Home phone bill.
If you have made a payment, keep in mind that there may be a delay before it is reflected in your account balance. This may be three to seven business days, depending on your payment method (online banking, bank branch, ATM, cheque, etc.)
