How to find my current Bell Home phone account balance online

My Bell lets you manage your bills and personalize your services online. To see your account balance on bell.ca,

  1. Log in to My Bell with your username and password.
  2. Under My bills, click on your account number. Note: Bell Home phone bills are part of the One Bill format.
  3. Under Your Bill - Summary of Account Charges, you’ll see your current balance itemized. Click on Telephone for more detail about your Bell Home phone bill.

If you have made a payment, keep in mind that there may be a delay before it is reflected in your account balance. This may be three to seven business days, depending on your payment method (online banking, bank branch, ATM, cheque, etc.)
