How to check the status of a phone service repair request

To track the progress of your Bell Home phone repair request:

  1. Log in to My Bell.
  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click on the Home phone icon to go to the My telephone page.
  3. In the bottom-right corner of the My telephone page, click on Report a problem.
  4. You will see a summary of your request, including its current status.
