Changing a phone service repair request
You can modify the details only if your resolution date was missed. If this date was missed for any reason, you must choose a new date and provide new contact and access information.
If you want to modify the details of your report (e.g. change it from "No dial tone" to "Can't call out"), call our repair department at 6-1-1.
Cancelling a phone service repair request
Log in to My Bell to cancel a phone service repair request. From the My telephone page, select the Report a problem link for a summary of your report, and select Cancel Report for the report you want to cancel.
On the next screen, tell us why you would like to cancel the report and then click Submit. You will see a screen confirming that your report has been cancelled.
