If you forgot your PIN/password to access Call Control, you can reset it online. Follow these steps:
- Log in to My Bell. (Forgot your login info?)
- Click on your home phone number under My services.
- Click on Call Control under Features and Services
- Click on “configure” beside My Password
- Change and submit your PIN/password.
You can also dial 611 to get help from Repair services.
