I forgot my Call Control password

If you forgot your PIN/password to access Call Control, you can reset it online. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Bell. (Forgot your login info?)
  2. Click on your home phone number under My services.
  3. Click on Call Control under Features and Services
  4. Click on “configure” beside My Password
  5. Change and submit your PIN/password.

You can also dial 611 to get help from Repair services.
