If you forgot your PIN/password to access Call Control, you can reset it online. Follow these steps:
- Log in to My Bell. (Forgot your login info?)
- On the MyBell homepage, under the My Services section, click View details.
- Click on Call Control under Features and Services Click on My package and features.
- Click on Change next to Call Control.
- Type over the password currently displayed and click Submit.
You can also dial 611 to get help from Repair services.
