Fibe TV channels freeze or are pixellated

There are two types of situations where your screen can freeze or become pixellated (breaking up in little squares):

1. Your TV screen consistently freezes on all channels

If the picture on your TV freezes after 15 seconds followed by a "Signal lost" message, try resetting your modem.

  1. Unplug the power cable on the back of the modem.
  2. Wait 10 seconds.
  3. Reinsert the cable.
  4. Wait approximately 5 minutes for the modem to complete the rebooting process.

Once the modem has restarted, check to see if your signal has returned. If the problem persists, please contact us for further assistance.

2. Your TV screen randomly freezes or becomes pixellated

If the picture on your TV becomes pixellated or randomly freezes on some channels, please contact us for further assistance.
