Checking Wireless Receiver signal strength
Once you've moved your Wireless Receiver, make sure that the wireless signal indicator on the front panel has green bars.
If the wireless signal indicator is showing red bars, it means that the signal strength is weak in your new location.
- Try shifting the receiver left or right in its new location to see if green bars appear.
If the signal indicator on the Wireless Receiver continues to display red bars, then locate the Wireless Receiver Transmitter (VAP2500) attached to your Fibe Modem.
- Now, try moving the Wireless Receiver Transmitter (VAP2500) in its current location to the left or right, or to slightly higher position if possible.
