Follow these steps to help resolve the issue:
- Verify that the receiver has not been muted. If so, press MUTE on the remote control to restore sound.
Also ensure that none of your other home entertainment equipment have been muted.
- Verify that your audio has been set properly for your television set. On some television sets, you may have to use the controls to set the television volume near the middle of its range before using the remote control included with your Fibe TV service to control the volume.
- Verify that the Fibe TV receiver audio output is connected to the back of your television or home theatre receiver and that you are using the correct cables. (Standard RCA cables for audio output are red and white.)
- If the Fibe TV receiver audio output is connected to other home entertainment components, ensure they are set to the appropriate input sources (i.e. HDMI, etc.).
