How to change or upgrade my Bell TV programming

To change your programming, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to My Bell using your username and password.
  2. From the drop-down menu next to your TV service icon, select Change my programming.

  3. You'll now see the full list of your existing programming and programming options. Boxes with a pre-existing checkmark indicate the programming packages you currently subscribe to.

  4. To add programming, select a programming package to see a full listing of the channels offered. At the bottom of the screen, you'll be able to see how your changes will impact your monthly service fee.

  5. Once you've finished making your changes, click on REVIEW at the bottom of the screen to see a summary page outlining your new selections.
  6. Review the summary information and if satisfied with the changes, click SUBMIT.

Your new channels should be active anytime within 2 hours.
