If we can’t fix your service issue from our offices, we will send a technician to your home within one day of being contacted by you.
To report a service issue, call 6-1-1 from any Bell landline phone or *6-1-1 from any Bell mobile phone. You can also call 310-BELL from any phone (area code not required).
