What is e-bill and how do I register for it?
What is e-bill?
E-bill lets you see your Bell bills online at My Bell. Once you register for e-bill, you'll get an email each month when your latest bill is available. Your first e-bill will be generated on the first billing date after you register, and you’ll get an email notification a few days later.
E-bill also lets you download your bill details and it makes receiving and paying your bill simple and convenient.

Registering for e-bill
You can register all your Bell services for e-bill. If your services are consolidated on One Bill, you’ll only need to give us one account number to get access to all of your services within My Bell.
- Log in to My Bell.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- Click Link a bill to My Bell.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Bell services.
NOTE: When you register your One Bill and sign up for e-bill, you can choose to go paperless immediately. If you want, you can restart your paper bill at any time (a $2/month charge may apply for paper bills).

Viewing your e-bill
Once you register for e-bill, you'll get an email each month telling you that your latest bill is available online. Simply follow the link in the email to view your bill.
You can log in to My Bell to see current and past bills.
- Log in to My Bell.
- Click My bills at the top of the page.
- You can see your e-bill summary on this page. To see your detailed bill in PDF format, click Download detailed bill (PDF).

Why do I have to log in to see my e-bill?
Logging in to My Bell keeps your information private. Just like using a bank account online, a username and password help you maintain privacy and security. By logging in, you are the only person who can see your services and billing details.

Printing your e-bill
- Log in to My Bell.
- Click My bills at the top of the page.
- To print your e-bill summary, click Print this page. To print your detailed bill, click Download detailed bill (PDF) and then click Print in your PDF reader.

Unsubscribing from e-bill
- Log in to My Bell.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- Click on the Billing and services profile tab.
- Select the account you want to remove from My Bell.
- Click Delete from My Bell.
- Click Yes, I want to unlink my bill.
