I can't add my Home phone bill when I register for My Bell

Unfortunately, older Home phone accounts with a 16-digit customer number cannot be linked to My Bell or registered for e-bill.

You can, however, move your Home phone account to One Bill, and then set up the e-bill option.

One Bill is a simple, easy to read bill format. If you have more than one Bell service, you can consolidate them all on One Bill and receive a single bill each month.
