Restarting your paper bill
To receive a paper bill:
- Log in to MyBell.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- Click the Billing and services profile tab.
- Click the Change button next to Bill format.
- Select Paper bill (a $2/month fee may apply for paper bills).
- Click Continue to confirm the change.

Stopping your paper bill
To stop your paper bill and sign up for e-bill:
- Log in to MyBell.
- Click My profile at the top of the page.
- Click the Billing and services profile tab.
- Click the Change button next to Bill format.
- Select E-bill and click Save.
Not registered for MyBell?
When you register, you automatically get access to your e-bill. We'll ask you if you want to stop getting paper bills during the registration process.
