Your mobile usage is billed:
- Voice – per minute
- Text – per text message sent and received
- Data – per kilobyte (KB)
Your plan and/or features include an allotted number of minutes, text messages and KB of data. For usage over the allotted amount, there are usage overage charges as outlined in your rate plan.
Like other wireless carriers, Bell Mobility will bill you for airtime (and long distance/roaming, if applicable) from the point that the network is used to make or receive calls.
Outgoing calls are billed from the time you connect to the network, including the ring time before the call is connected, and ends when the call is completed. Incoming calls are also billed for the entire time of the call. We don't bill for calls that aren't connected.
