We'll give you a full refund if you return your mobile device with your original sales receipt within 14 days of purchase. You must return merchandise in its entirety and in new condition. It must be returned in the original packaging with all the components that it came with. If you are returning a mobile phone, the phone must have 30 minutes or less of airtime usage. If you are returning a Mobile Internet device (Turbo Stick, MiFi or Turbo Hub), you must not have exceeded 50 MB of usage, and 30 minutes of voice usage (Turbo Hub only). You are responsible for payment of any minutes, usage or service incurred.

All Bell mobile phones and smartphones are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty for one year from the date of purchase.
The manufacturer's limited warranty for defects in your Bell Mobility device is valid for one year from the date of purchase, with the original bill of sale. For all defects covered by the limited warranty, the manufacturer will repair (or at their discretion, exchange for a refurbished unit) the device. If the manufacturer replaces the device, the replacement device will carry a warranty period equivalent to the remainder of the original device's warranty, or will be covered for 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever period is longer. The manufacturer's limited warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
- improper storage
- damage from liquids
- unauthorized modification
- improper installation
- abnormal operating conditions
- events outside of human control, such as natural disasters, for which no one can be held responsible.
When covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty, the following devices are always replaced with a refurbished model:
- Turbo Sticks and Hubs
- Apple iPhones
Your iPhone will be replaced with another when either warranty or out-of-warranty service is requested. Please bring your iPhone to a Bell store that offers in-store repairs, or to your nearest Apple Store.All other mobile Internet devices and phones:
These devices will be exchanged within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), although shipping times will vary nationally. Repairs covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty are not done at a Bell store. Please bring your device to a product assistance centre.Out of warranty
If your device requires a repair that is not covered by the manufacturer’s limited one-year warranty, an out-of-warranty quote will be provided by the repair facility.
- If you choose to repair your device, you will be responsible for all fees.
- If you choose not to repair it, your device will be returned at no cost.
