Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS)

The CCTS is an independent agency that resolves disputes between individual and small business customers and their telecommunications providers.

If you have a complaint about your services – including local or long distance telephone service, wireless telephone service, or Internet service – you must first try to resolve it directly with your service provider.

If you have done so and have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, the CCTS can act as an ombudsman to help you resolve the dispute, free of charge.

To learn more, visit www.ccts-cprst.ca or call toll-free at 1 888 221-1687.

Please note that the CCTS does not accept complaints about services regulated by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). For complaints about CRTC-regulated services, please consult the CRTC website.
