The first time you pay a bill from your Internet bank account you’ll be asked to provide information about your bill. The Bell account details that you’ll need vary depending on the type of bill you get.
If your services are consolidated on One Bill, give the bank your 14-digit Client ID number:
- The Client ID number consists of eight digits, three letters and three more digits (e.g., 99999999AAA999).
- You’ll find it at the top-right of the first page of your bill, on the paper and e-bill versions. To view your e-bill, log in to MyBell and click on View current bill.
